Direct Embroidery

The most common way to customize hats is with direct embroidery.

  • 12 colors max w/ hundreds of thread colors available.

Heat Transfers

A unique way to customize hats without the restrictions of embroidery.

  • “DTF” heat transfers are digitally printed onto a film and then applied to the hat with a heat press

  • Digital printing means no limits on colors or complexity

  • Best suited for foam hats but works on many hat styles

  • 75pc MOQ

Sewn Labels

A sewn label can be the focal point of a hat or a supplement that enhances your final product.

  • You can sew woven labels, patches, and rubber labels in multiple locations on a hat or beanie.

  • You can provide your own labels or we can produce them.

  • No MOQ for sewing. MOQ for label production varies.
